Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and unused. Please note that due to health regulations, roasted coffee beans cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and send them back to our roastery using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
