How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans daily at our regional roasteries. All orders are packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.
What is the best way to store my coffee beans?
To maintain peak flavor, store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can compromise the delicate oils and aromas.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, and free standard shipping on orders over $50. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! Our subscription service allows you to choose your favorite blend, grind size, and delivery frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Do you offer different grind sizes for different brewing methods?
Absolutely. You can select your preferred grind—from whole bean to espresso, stovetop, filter, or French press—directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.
